Location: BOOKING REQUIRED to receive last minute updates. An airy route through the lesser-walked countryside south-west of Castleton. Old mining tracks and back lanes meander amid rolling hilly limestone pasture land, with a wealth of grand vistas. The Pennine Bridleway then leads to a ridge walk finish along Rushup Edge,with stunning views. Risk assessment: Care needed crossing main road several times. Some walking on minor roads. Livestock in fields.
